Austin Brian is 4 months old
Austin just turned 4 months April 4th, he looks alot like Emma did when she was a baby. He is a very good baby, very happy! Always smiling:) He has yet to sleep through the night, Mommy & Daddy are hoping real soon!! We look forward to the warm weather coming, so we can take him to the lagoon & see how he likes the water! The first 4 months has sure gone by fast...it's crazy how fast they grow in a blink of an eye!! My children are the Joy of my life <3

My Sister's Visit to Iowa
My sister Kelly came out to Iowa for her springbreak. She was really worried Emma wouldnt remember her. That was no problem at all, she knew right away it was her coming off the escalator at the airport. She really enjoyed her Auntie Sissy while she was here. Kelly had thought that Brady had changed the most, they got to share a specila bond while her being here. And meeting Austin for the first time, she absolutely fell in love with him right away. Normally he goes in the swing quite often so the kids dont bother him, but Auntie Sissy spolied him rotten & held him most the time she was here. Since she has left now all he wants is to be held, Thanks Sis! haha! We all enjoyed her visit, we look forward to hopefully getting back home this year sometime. And we're hoping she can head back this summer too! So we can she can go to the pool & lakes with us:) & enjoy the WARM Weather! It was very hard like always saying our "Goodbyes"...it really made me miss home...I hope being so far away never comes in between the closeness of my Sister & I or our children. I love her dearly, she is my best friend & we have shared the best times together for the first 25 years of our lives...Here are a few pics from her visit.

Austy in his Bumbo Chair
*Easter*
We had a really nice Easter, it was a bit cold, but we still had a Easter Egg hunt in our open loft upstairs for the kids, they really enjoyed it. I also made french toast casserole & homemade sausage balls for brunch, it was so yummy! It was nice to have a cheat day off the diet:) hehe! Brady loved the malt balls. We all enjoyed the day with our family.

Our 1st YEAR in Iowa
So it has almost been a year that we have been living in Iowa. People havew been asking the question "So now that it's been a full year how do you like it there?" It has been quite the eventful year...having a new baby & moving into our new house. I can tell you I do like living in the country:) Having alot of land so the kids can play free & not have to worry. I love having 4 seasons. We enjoy seeing wildlife, deer right outside our windows is such a peaceful thing to look at every morning. Also the other day it was so funny but this is another reason I love it here! The mail man called me to let me know he'd be at my front door in 5 minutes with a package & my mail! I also called him this morning & had him bring me a roll of stamps:) that was cool too! Not having to load all 3 kids to go get stamps! Another thing I love is the healthcare, I enjoyed all my doctors while pregnant. Also my Endo. for my Diabetes is much more knowledgable & does better well checks than back home. Another thing is no traffic here, you can go to Des Moines & leave at anytime & not have to worry about traffic hour, cause there is no such thing! Freeway is always free & clear! There are only two things right now that I don't like, that is my Husband being gone for his job. And I know in time the perfect job will fall in his lap, & he's doing what he has to do for Our Family:) but it has been hard on all of us the hours he is gone. 15 hours a day! :( And the 2nd is missing all our family & friends. WE miss you all more than ever!! We do hope to get a trip back home this year depending on Brian getting a new job, we arnt sure when, but we'll keep you all posted. Here our a few pics of the house & the deer outside our home.

My Boys :)
So right after I had Emma, all I ever thought was "I WANT ALL GIRLS" now that I have had the chance to raise boys, I am just loving EVERY minute of it! They are so sweet & cuddley bugs! I may want a 4th someday & to be honest I wouldnt mind having a lil girl, but I'd be happy with another BOY Too!! There so much fun. And I love my boys so much:)
